ADMISSION PROCESS FOR SCHOOL

At AGVK schools near Bagalagunte, admission process is simple and transparent. It works on the belief that a personal interaction between parents / authorized guardians, the prospective student and the school’s authorized representatives is of far greater value than any conventional admission test. The process is aimed at giving us an insight into the type of education approach and environment you believe would be appropriate for your child to maximize his/her potential, while giving us a glimpse of the child’s strengths, learning needs and potential. It also gives you, as parents / authorized guardians a first-hand opportunity to obtain an understanding of how our students and faculty engage with each other our overall offering, curriculum and our education approach.

  • We strictly follow the below said age criterion for admission process:
  • 2 years 5 months as on the 1st of June are eligible for admission to pre-Nursery.
  • 3 years 5 months as on 1st of June are eligible for admission to L.K.G.
  • 4 years 5 months as on 1st of June are eligible for admission to U.K.G.
  • 5 years 5 months as on 1st of June are eligible for admission to 1st Standard.
  • Higher classes will follow the same criteria as mentioned above.

Result Card and T.C.

Result Card and T.C. form from the school last attended. If the TC has not been taken, a Bona-fide certificate issued by the school showing the class and date of birth should be attached.

Birth Certificate issued

Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority (the original should be deposited at the school office).Proof of residence of Father / Mother to be submitted.

Disability Certificate

Disability Certificate from the civil surgeon.

Application sign

Application should be signed by parents / Guardian.

Registration

Registration form duly filled with photographs (3 Copies Passport Size)

Certified

Certified and forwarded by the head of the school.

Result Card and T.C.

ADMISSION PROCESS FOR COLLEGE

Admission applications must submit in the prescribed form along with attested copies of tenth marks cards, Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate from their respective schools, Study certificate, Photo copy of Aadhar ,6 passport-size photographs and a self-addressed envelope before the stipulated date.

Short listed candidates must attend their interviews on the notified dates.

Selected candidates must submit their original marks card and Transfer certificate and pay the prescribed fees at the time of admission.  We will refund the fee under any circumstances once after payment.

All admissions are subject to the approval of the Karnataka Pre-University Department.

 

The course admissions are undertaking as per the Pre-university Board, Govt. of Karnataka ( www.pue.kar.nic.in ). Admissions to all courses are undertaken as per the regulations of the PUC Board, Govt of Karnataka.
